Bespoke Design FAQs
- How long will the design and manufacturing process take?
- The turnaround time for bespoke commissions is 4-6 weeks from confirmation to completion.
- Will you work with stones and metal from an item of jewellery I already have?
- Yes. We are happy to work with you to transform your existing jewellery. We can discuss what you have during the bespoke design consultation.
- Do you offer virtual consultations?
- Yes, we do offer virtual consultations. We are based in De Waterkant, Cape Town. If you are nearby, we encourage you to visit us in person to get the most out of your design experience.
- Is a deposit required for bespoke orders?
- Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required in order to begin the manufacturing process. The remaining 50% will be due before collection or shipping of the completed piece.
