Shipping policy

All orders over R1000 qualify for free standard freight delivery in South Africa.
Shipping times exclude lead times required to manufacture jewellery pieces. Please take note of the lead times as they are listed on each product.
We offer delivery within South Africa only.
Delivery to outlying areas is dependent on courier schedules and will be confirmed on order. Extreme outlying areas may require collection at the nearest depot or town.
Halcyon Studio relies on a courier network to provide deliveries within South Africa and as such cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
All deliveries include shipping insurance.
Items can only be delivered to a physical address as a signature or OTP is required upon receipt.
Please ensure that someone is available at the address provided to collect the delivery.
If any deliveries are not received within the timeframe displayed above, please email us at info@halcyonstudio.co.za with your order reference number, the date of the order and the delivery address specified.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as all items are sent by courier and require a signature or OTP upon receipt.
