Jewellery Repairs

At Halcyon, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful jewellery pieces that will last multiple lifetimes. Within reason, we will repair any Halcyon product that does not live up to our promise or is defective in any way. Items that have been mishandled will not be eligible for free repairs, but repairs to these items can still be made at a fee. Repair services, free or otherwise, will be provided solely at the discretion of management, and their decision will be final.

We are happy to repair jewellery from other brands. Please fill out the contact form below with the title “Repair Request” and our jeweller will get back to you to understand your requirements in order to provide a quote for the required work.

Damage to jewellery can happen due to normal wear and tear or if one is not careful when wearing or handling it. Subject to management's approval, we will repair any Halcyon piece once at no charge within 3 months of purchase. After this, a repair fee will be charged. The fee will be determined after inspection of the product.

You will be responsible for any courier costs incurred in getting the piece to and from our studio.

Kindly note that if a piece of Halcyon jewellery is taken to another jeweller for a repair or a polish and cleaning, the warranty on your piece will be forfeited and Halcyon will not be held responsible for any damages occurring thereafter.
