Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any products. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in the form of store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@halcyonstudio.co.za. Once the exchange process has begun, we will provide the shipping address via email. The client is responsible for all courier fees incurred.

If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a unique code with credit to the value for our online store. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

No exchanges will be accepted for any custom made items, such as those with personalised engraving or bespoke pieces, or any sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our fine chains are delicate and can be easily broken if they are not handled with care. We therefore do not take any responsibility for broken chains. If you break your chain, please email us on info@halcyonstudio.co.za to enquire about a repair or replacement.

Halcyon Jewellery Studio reserves the right to refuse any exchanges if the damage was caused by mishandling by the wearer.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your exchange code.
